4. Future OVHS meeting location. Explanation: The Oro Valley Library
meeting room will be available in February. I had requested that we would
like to have a meeting time scheduled on a regular basis such as on a 2nd
or 3rd Thursday each month. It was suggested that Wednesday and Fridays
were not as busy as Tuesday and Thursday. We need to ask for a time and get
it assigned to the OVHS. We should ask for the time we prefer and have a
back up choice if we can't get the time we first request.

6. George Pusch Historical collection:
a. Archival folders and boxes on order. Part has been received.
b. Software on order.

d. Sign up for helping on document preservation.

Location of the Sunshine School
Sunshine school is on the east side of Oracle and is between Hardy and Calle
Concordia. The entrance is at the same location of the dentists offices at
9000 N. Oracle and the school is the furthest east building.
