Fourth General Membership Meeting

  1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 by President Jim Kriegh.
  2. No changes to minutes from November 30 meeting.
  3. Financial and membership report; $5,443.95 and approximately 50 memberships.
  4. Town to produce a video interviewing Henry Zipf and Jim Kriegh.  Interviews to take place January 23rd. If members know of others with historical information on the area who would be willing to be interviewed contact Jim.
  5. Vision Statement.  Draft distributed to members for view and comment.
  6. Committees and committee membership.  Discussion and sign-up sheets.
  7. New Business. 

Motion made by Joe Frannea to have 1,000 copies made of OVHS brochure.

Approved unanimously.

Howard Guranlvick, affiliated with White Stallion Ranch, offered the use of the ranch for an OVHS fundraising event.

Jim Kriegh informed membership that Nominating Committee would soon be making nominations for the Board, to be voted on at the March meeting, and that proposed revisions to the Bylaws would be sent to members, also to be voted on at the March meeting.
